Online Purchase Return Policy
We know that sometimes we make a purchase and it just wasn't quite what we wanted. All of our merchandise are beautiful but sometimes it's just not exactly the one. For this reason we allow the return of merchandise that you ordered and will refund your purchase less shipping as soon as the merchandise has been received and inspected.
Please note Shipping & Handling fees are not refundable.
In order for your merchandise to be successfully returned and for you to receive a refund the merchandise must be returned to us in the exact condition it arrived to you in the same packaging.
- Must be shipped in the same box/bag it arrived in.
- Must be in the same garment bag it arrived in
- Must have tags attached. Once tags have been removed an item cannot be returned
- Must be free of any smell (cigarette, animal, personal odor, cooking smells, fire/smoke, etc.)
- Must be free of makeup, deodorant, animal hair, human hair
- Must be mark free
The merchandise needs to be in perfect resalable condition. If the merchandise arrives in any condition other than resalable merchandise may be refused and subject to a possible restocking fee.
All returns must arrive within 30 days and post marked 15 days after receiving your merchandise.
The customer is responsible for covering the shipping cost to Bergamot Bridals head office.
Your refund less shipping and handling will go back onto the purchasing card if approved. You will receive an email letting you know if and when your return has been approved for refund.
Merchandise marked Final Sale, Off The Rack & Consignment can not be returned for refund.
Purchases that had a virtual appointment will be subject to a restocking fee of merchandise returned.
We do not accept refunds after the listed wedding or event date.
